Fun Facts
I graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2008 with my degree in health and exercise science. Since graduation, I have worked with a diverse group of individuals with specific and unique goals, as well as those that have suffered injuries and/or have special health needs. I am a CSCS: certified strength and conditioning specialist.
I have always taken pride in my ability to work with any demographic, and feel that ability has brought me the success I enjoy today. I revel in challenges, both in my professional and personal endeavors and this desire to continue to improve my craft motivates me daily.
