Cortney Smith

Yoga Instructor

Cortney began her yoga journey in 2000, and was instantly drawn to the practice's focus on physical mindfulness. She earned her 200 hour teaching certificate in May 2017 from Soul Yoga, is Yoga Alliance certified and is a NETA certified group fitness instructor. In addition, she has completed several other training certifications such as Yin and myofascial release. Coming to her mat brings Cortney balance and gratitude. As a teacher, Cortney strives to combine enjoyment with challenging  postures and rejuvenation. Her classes are Vinyasa styled, focusing on linking movement and breath. Always a student, she loves learning and sharing her passion for all things yoga.
